Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Field Sales Executive who can build market presence, generate business, and develop strong relationships within the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients in Udumalpet and surrounding locations.
• Meet builders, contractors, site engineers, and hardware dealers to understand requirements.
• Promote and sell precast products, concrete blocks, pavers and related construction solutions.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups for repeat orders and referrals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets—no excuses, no inflated promises.
• Provide market feedback and insights to management for product and pricing decisions.

Requirements

• degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in field sales or construction material selling is an advantage, not a barrier.
• Strong communication and negotiation ability — you must actually influence decisions.
• Own vehicle with willingness to travel locally.
• Basic mobile app usage for reporting and updates.
