Field Sales Executive

Summary: We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Field Marketing Executive to visit construction sites, meet builders and contractors, distribute product samples, and generate new business leads. The role requires strong communication skills, confidence in field visits, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

● Visit construction sites, builders, contractors, and engineers daily to promote our products

● Distribute brick samples, brochures, and marketing materials to potential customers

● Collect customer information such as project details, contact numbers, and material requirements

● Explain product quality, pricing, delivery options, and company advantages

● Identify new construction sites and gather accurate project information for lead generation

● Coordinate with sales, marketing, and production teams for follow-ups and order processing

● Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely follow-up on enquiries

● Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports on site visits, leads, samples, and orders

● Track competitor activities and provide field-level insights to management

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
