Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team in Gurugram. The role involves generating new business, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our wide range of granite products to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and visit potential customers such as builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, and retailers.
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Present and explain granite product offerings to customers with confidence.
• Negotiate prices, close sales deals, and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and timely payments.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and new opportunities in the stone industry.
• Provide accurate sales reports to the management team.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales (experience in building materials, granite, marble, tiles, or construction industry preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel extensively within and around Gurugram.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Own two-wheeler preferred.
