Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to meet clients and pitch hiring solutions.
• Generate and acquire new business through field sales and follow-ups.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain sales reports and ensure timely CRM updates.
