Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Visit industrial customers, distributors, retailers, and workshops for product promotion and sales.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and explain technical specifications, benefits, and applications.
  • Manage and grow an existing customer base through regular follow-ups and relationship building.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Generate quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
  • Provide after-sales support and coordinate with the internal team for timely deliveries.
  • Collect market information regarding competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years of field sales experience (preferably in industrial or hardware products).
  • Knowledge of bearings, grease, V-belts, or automotive/industrial spare parts is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to do cold calling and convert leads into orders.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
  • Knowledge about MIDC areas.

Education

  • Minimum: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate (any field)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
