Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Visit industrial customers, distributors, retailers, and workshops for product promotion and sales.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and explain technical specifications, benefits, and applications.
- Manage and grow an existing customer base through regular follow-ups and relationship building.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Provide after-sales support and coordinate with the internal team for timely deliveries.
- Collect market information regarding competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of field sales experience (preferably in industrial or hardware products).
- Knowledge of bearings, grease, V-belts, or automotive/industrial spare parts is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to do cold calling and convert leads into orders.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
- Knowledge about MIDC areas.
Education
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate (any field)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
