Job summary:

The Field Sales Executive drives new business and revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities for hotel rooms, events, and services. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other partners; promoting the hotel’s offerings; conducting site visits and presentations; and converting leads into confirmed bookings. The Field Sales Executive works closely with hotel management and operations teams to ensure smooth hand‑over of services and to maximize occupancy, event bookings, and overall hotel revenue.

Job Responsibilities;

  • Identify and pursue new business leads — corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, groups — to secure hotel room bookings, events and group reservations.
  • Conduct client visits, property show‑rounds & presentations to showcase hotel facilities, services and event/booking packages.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients; close deals ensuring profitability for the hotel while meeting client needs.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients — follow up leads, handle enquiries, assure client satisfaction, and encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal hotel departments (revenue, front‑office, operations) to coordinate bookings, events, and guest services once deals are confirmed.
  • Maintain accurate records of client contacts, sales proposals, bookings and follow‑ups; prepare sales reports and forecasts for hotel management.

Requirements:

  • Freshers welcome – No education barrier (10th pass/fail and recent graduates encouraged)
  • Understands Hindi and any one local language (e.g., Marathi, Kannada, Telugu, or Gujarati)
  • Experience Required: Freshers welcome (No prior sales experience needed)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
