Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and highly motivated Field Sales Executive to join our growing Surgical Division. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned territory by promoting our portfolio of surgical products (e.g., staplers, energy devices, sutures, wound closure, laparoscopic instruments, or other specialized equipment). You will develop strong relationships with surgeons, OR staff, hospital procurement, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to achieve sales targets and expand market share.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Life Sciences, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of **2-4 years** of successful field sales experience in the medical device industry, **preferably with a proven track record in surgical sales** (orthopedics, cardiothoracic, general surgery, etc.).

Candidates with a strong clinical background (ex-OT Nurse, Perfusionist, etc.) looking to transition to sales are also encouraged to apply.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

High degree of professionalism and ethical conduct.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (approx. 70-80% field travel).
