Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking with potential clients (corporate and individual).
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for travel packages, corporate bookings, and other travel-related services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Present travel solutions and offers to clients and understand their requirements to tailor packages accordingly.
  • Regularly report on sales activities and performance to management.
  • Stay updated on travel industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop sales strategies

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Basic understanding of travel-related products and services is an advantage.
