We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to join our team in India. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of experience who are eager to kickstart their career in sales (field sales). As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and contributing to our overall business success.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends
- Present and demonstrate products to potential clients
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective customers
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Provide timely and effective customer service to enhance satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, B.Tech in Mechanical and Chemical background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
