We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to join our team in India. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of experience who are eager to kickstart their career in sales (field sales). As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and contributing to our overall business success.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends
  • Present and demonstrate products to potential clients
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective customers
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Provide timely and effective customer service to enhance satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, B.Tech in Mechanical and Chemical background
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
  • Analytical skills to evaluate market trends and customer needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
