Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our beverage products across assigned areas in Thane. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding new retailers, managing existing outlets, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail outlets, distributors, and wholesalers daily
- Promote company beverage products and generate new sales orders
- Appoint new retailers and expand market coverage
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Ensure proper product visibility, availability, and merchandising
- Collect payments and follow up on outstanding dues (if applicable)
- Track competitor activity and share market feedback
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Submit daily visit and sales reports to the sales manager
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 10th / 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
- 1–3 years of field sales experience in FMCG/Beverage preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with local Thane market
- Two-wheeler mandatory with valid driving license
- Willingness to travel extensively in the field
