Field Sales Executive

BrewTeaCaf is seeking a motivated Sales Executive with hands-on grocery sales experience to expand our coffee and tea vending machine business in the retail grocery sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their grocery sector knowledge to place vending machines in supermarkets, grocery stores, and retail chains across Dubai.​

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach supermarkets, grocery stores, hypermarkets, and retail chains for vending machine placement​
• Build and maintain strong relationships with grocery store owners and retail managers​
• Promote and sell BrewTeaCaf's coffee and tea vending machine solutions to grocery retail sector​
• Conduct site visits to grocery outlets to assess vending machine placement opportunities​
• Negotiate contracts and profit-sharing arrangements with grocery retailers​
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through active client acquisition in grocery sector​
• Prepare quotations and proposals tailored to grocery retail requirements​
• Coordinate with operations team for machine installation in grocery locations​
• Conduct market research on grocery retail trends and competitor activities​
• Monitor machine performance and customer satisfaction at grocery locations​
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to management​

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field​
• Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience in grocery / supermarket sector in UAE​
• Strong existing network and relationships within Dubai grocery retail market​
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus)​
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets​
• Self-motivated with results-driven approach​
• Valid UAE driving license preferred​
• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills​

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: AED 4,000 - 5,000 per month
• Commission: As per company policy based on sales performance
• Health insurance and benefits as per UAE labor law
