Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to promote electric bikes, meet customers, and help increase store sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

Do canopy/roadside activities to generate leads
Talk to customers and explain electric bike features
Suggest the right bike based on customer needs
Arrange and coordinate test rides
Achieve monthly sales targets
Support store operations when needed
Follow all processes for lead collection, test rides, and deliveries
Help with simple store tasks (dusting vehicles, printing photos, opening/closing store, etc.)
Skills Needed

Experience in direct B2C sales
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Comfortable doing outdoor field activities
Ability to explain products clearly
Basic knowledge of EVs is a plus
Fluent in English and Kannada
Ready to work in a fast-paced environment
