Role Overview

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for working in the assigned market area to identify, develop, and manage wholesalers and distributors for TS Decor products. The role involves regular field visits, product promotion, order generation, and building long-term relationships with channel partners to increase market presence and sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Visit & Business Development

  • Visit the market daily as per assigned area or beat plan.
  • Identify potential wholesalers, distributors, dealers, and decor material shops.
  • Introduce TS Decor and its product range to new prospects.
  • Explain product features, quality, pricing, and business benefits.

2. Distributor & Wholesaler Appointment

  • Find and onboard new wholesalers and distributors in the assigned territory.
  • Assist in completing basic formalities required for appointment.
  • Support new distributors in understanding product range, pricing, and sales process.

3. Sales & Order Generation

  • Generate regular sales orders from distributors and wholesalers.
  • Promote key products such as wall panels, wallpapers, charcoal sheets, and decorative items.
  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

4. Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing customers.
  • Visit existing distributors and wholesalers regularly to ensure smooth business.
  • Handle basic queries related to products, availability, pricing, and schemes.

5. Market Feedback & Reporting

  • Collect feedback from the market regarding product demand, pricing, and competition.
  • Share information about competitor products, pricing, and offers.
  • Submit daily and weekly reports including visits, leads, and orders.

6. Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with the internal sales, dispatch, and accounts team for order execution.
  • Support follow-ups for payments as per company policy.
  • Ensure proper communication between company and channel partners.

Skills & Abilities Required

  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Ability to work independently in the field
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Basic understanding of sales and customer handling

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree.
  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales preferred
  • Experience in building materials or interior decor products is an added advantage.

Other Requirements

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
  • Smartphone mandatory for reporting and coordination

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
