Job Purpose:

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving the sales process from prospecting to closing deals. This role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, presenting products/services, and building strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation:
  • Identify and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Sales Presentations & Product Demos:

Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition and benefits of products/services.Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent service, addressing their needs, and ensuring satisfaction.Handle negotiations, finalize deals, and close sales to meet or exceed targets while ensuring profitability.Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.Regularly update CRM systems with client information, sales progress, and forecasts. Provide sales reports and performance metrics to management.Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of client needs and ensure product/service alignment.Ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new clients to the support or implementation teams. Address any customer queries after the sale.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
