- Position : Field Sales Executive ( B2B Sales) (Only For Men)

Role & responsibilities
- Meet architects, builders, contractors, and high-end clients to generate leads and present swimming pool solutions (FRP pools, RCC pools, filtration systems, and accessories).
- Conduct project site visits to understand client requirements, provide technical inputs, and coordinate with the design & execution team.
- Build strong network relationships with architects, interior designers, landscaping firms, and real estate developers for long-term business generation.
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle enquiry to proposal creation, negotiation, closing deals, and documentation.
- Ensure excellent after-sales customer support, visit completed project sites, and maintain long-term relationships for referrals and repeat business.
- Maintain sales reports, follow-up trackers, CRM tools, and coordinate with management for periodic updates.
- Represent Crystal Swimming Pools at exhibitions, events, and partner meetings when required.
- Travel to different locations (within and outside Pune) for sales meetings, site inspections, networking opportunities, and business development.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate (any field), preferably in Business with marketing of, Civil Engineering, or Architectural products.
- 0-2 year of Experience in B2B / Construction / Project-Based / Architecture Material / Luxury Sales preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Comfortable with site visits and interacting with architects, engineers, and clients.
- Should be confident, well-presented, and passionate about sales and client relationship management.
- Must be willing to travel. The company will bear travel and food expenses when out of Pune.
- Basic understanding of construction materials, swimming pool products, or project-based selling will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹270,000.00 - ₹325,000.00 per year
