Manweir WLL is a well-established engineering services provider in Qatar, supporting the Oil & Gas, petrochemical, marine, and power-generation industries. Job Purpose

We are looking for energetic Field Sales Executives who can actively go out into the market, meet clients, and bring new business to Manweir. This role suits individuals who are confident, motivated, and ready to perform in a results-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Visit customers regularly and introduce Manweir’s services.
  • Bring new sales leads and convert them into confirmed business.
  • Meet clients at sites, workshops, and offices to understand their needs.
  • Promote all Manweir services, including machining, repair, welding, electrical, and fabrication.
  • Submit enquiries to internal teams and follow up until job confirmation.
  • Maintain good relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through active field visits.
  • Prepare simple weekly updates on leads, visits, and closed deals.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in technical sales, industrial services or Oil & Gas.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence when meeting customers.
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable working in a performance-based role.
  • Ability to work independently and produce results through field activity.
