We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive (Field Work) to expand our client base, build strong relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Visit potential clients (SMEs, startups, agencies, corporates) to present Marqetrix Web Solutions’ digital services.
• Pitch services including Web Development, SEO, Performance Marketing, Email Marketing, and Branding.
• Understand client requirements and propose customized digital solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, performance, development) for smooth onboarding of clients.
• Maintain daily activity reports, client visit records, and sales pipeline updates.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or inbound inquiries.
• Stay updated with company offerings, pricing, and industry trends.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years in field sales / B2B sales (digital agency experience preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to confidently pitch digital marketing and web solutions.
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and comfortable with field work.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Ads, websites) is a plus.
• Ability to meet clients and close deals independently.
• Own two-wheeler preferred (travel allowance applicable).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any related field.
• Certification or coursework in Sales, Marketing, or Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing services (websites, SEO, paid ads, email marketing) preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities.
• Fluency in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
