Field Sales Executive – IT Services

Supportmena Technologies LLC is a fast-growing, SIRA-approved technology company delivering smart IT and security solutions across the UAE. We specialize in CCTV systems, access control, structured cabling, networking, IP telephony, and managed IT services for clinics, warehouses, offices, and commercial businesses.

About the role:

We are looking for an energetic and confident Field Sales Executive to expand our client network across Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building business relationships, and generating new sales opportunities in the field.

You will represent our company directly to businesses, introduce our solutions, generate qualified leads, and support the growth of our security and IT services division.

Responsibilities:

· Door to door visit to clinics, warehouses, offices, and commercial facilities across Dubai

· Introduce Supportmena’s IT and security solutions to potential clients

· Generate leads through direct field visits and relationship building

· Distribute company brochures and explain services professionally

· Collect client requirements and arrange free site surveys

· Follow up the leads via phone calls and WhatsApp

· Maintain daily activity and lead reports using company formats

· Work closely with the sales and technical teams to close opportunities

Candidate requirements:

· Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the same field is required.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills

· Confident, professional, and target-oriented personality

· Valid UAE driving license with own vehicle

· Ability to work independently and manage field schedules

· Basic understanding of CCTV, networking, or IT solutions is a plus

· Speaking Arabic is an advantage

· Candidates must currently be available in the UAE

Benefits:

Salary : AED 3,500 – 4,500 + Commission + Allowances

Visa and medical insurance as per UAE Labour Law

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

• Sales in the IT field: 1 year (Required)
