Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary : Between 20000 To 25000 per month (depends upon interview)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Field Sales Executive for our luggage storage facility in Ayodhya. The role involves on-ground sales, customer engagement, and partner onboarding to drive usage of the luggage storage services, primarily catering to pilgrims and travelers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Promote luggage storage services through on-ground field sales activities.

· Engage directly with pilgrims, tourists, and walk-in customers to explain service offerings.

· Tap customers at high-footfall locations such as temples, ghats, hotels, parking areas, transport hubs, and markets.

· Build and maintain relationships with hotels, dharamshalas, travel agents, shopkeepers, and local partners for referrals.

· Explain pricing, storage process, safety protocols, and locker usage clearly to customers.

· Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales and onboarding targets.

· Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.

· Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management team.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

· Graduate in any discipline.

· Male candidate preferred for a field-intensive role.

· Proficiency in Hindi and English (basic conversational English required).

· Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

· Local knowledge of Ayodhya is an added advantage.

· Prior experience in field sales, tourism, hospitality, or service industry is preferred.

· Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills.

· High energy level with a proactive and go-getter attitude.

· Ability to work outdoors and manage field-based sales activities.

· Basic smartphone proficiency (calls, WhatsApp, location sharing).
