Job Title : Field Sales Executive
Location : Puducherry
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Field Sales & Territory Management:
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet clients and close deals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales approaches.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline in CRM software.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, customer service, etc.) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 0-3 years in field sales, B2B sales, or a similar role (industry-specific experience is a plus).
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
