Wain Nakol is our consumer product: an exclusive WhatsApp deals channel connecting food lovers in Muscat with the best restaurants and cafes in their area. We build and manage an opted-in list of people across Muscat who receive exclusive restaurant offers directly on WhatsApp. Our results speak for themselves. One campaign. One restaurant. Fully booked across all three floors.

Role Overview

You will be 100% focused on acquiring new restaurant and cafe partners across Muscat. You own your pipeline from cold walk-in to signed contract. No layers, no bureaucracy. You will see the impact of your work the same week you close a deal.

This is a field role. You are outside every day meeting owners, building relationships, and closing. If you are looking for a desk job, this is not the right opportunity.

What You Will Be Doing

  • New Business: Visit restaurants and cafes across Muscat daily through cold visits, referrals, and inbound leads from our consumer campaigns.
  • Sales Cycle: Own the full cycle from first visit to signed subscription. Present Wain Nakol's value proposition, handle objections, and close.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline to consistently hit monthly targets. Document all activity in CRM.
  • Market Intelligence: Feed back objections, competitor activity, and market trends to sharpen our pitch and product.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of B2B field sales with a proven track record of hitting targets. We need someone who can sell from month one. Not someone who needs to learn how.
  • Industry: Experience selling directly to restaurant or cafe owners in Muscat is a strong advantage. Background at a food delivery platform, POS company, or any company that sold to F&B businesses is highly desirable.
  • Location: Currently living in Muscat. Valid Oman driving license and own vehicle. Non-negotiable.
  • Languages: Fluent Arabic is required. English is a plus.
  • Mindset: Self-motivated and resilient. You do not need daily motivation. You know how to walk into a room, read the owner, and close.

What You Get

  • Base salary: 300 OMR per month
  • Competitive commission structure

  • Basic health insurance

Total package including commission can reach 700+ OMR per month for a strong performer.

No cap on commission.
