Job Description

Royal Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Field Sales Executive (Solar) who will be responsible for conducting field visits to residential, commercial, and industrial clients (B2C & B2B). The role involves lead generation, site visits, client meetings, and closing solar sales projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into solar sales.
• Present solar solutions and explain system benefits to clients.
• Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis.
• Coordinate site surveys and basic client requirement assessments.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and follow-ups.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.
• Coordinate with technical and EPC teams for project execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in solar field sales (mandatory).
• B2B and B2C sales exposure preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of solar systems and net metering.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel within assigned areas.
