Field Sales Executive – Telecom (ONIC Franchise)

Job Description

HitroTech Telecom is looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team for the ONIC telecom franchise in Jauharabad. This is a field-based role where the candidate will visit local markets, businesses, and residential areas to introduce ONIC telecom services and activate new customer connections.

The ideal candidate should be confident in their communication skills, passionate about sales, and comfortable working in the field to promote telecom products.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit local markets, shops, and residential areas to promote ONIC telecom services
• Introduce customers to ONIC SIM packages, internet plans, and telecom solutions
• Generate new leads and activate new ONIC connections
• Build relationships with local businesses and customers
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain records of new activations and customer information
• Provide basic guidance to customers about ONIC services and packages
• Represent HitroTech Telecom professionally in the market

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales or marketing experience preferred (telecom experience is a plus)
• Comfortable working in field sales and visiting markets daily
• Ability to convince customers and close sales
• Basic understanding of smartphones and telecom services
• Local market knowledge of Jauharabad is preferred

Compensation

• Monthly salary + sales commission
• Performance-based bonuses
• Lower salary but higher commission.

Base:

• 20,000 PKR

Commission:

• 150 PKR per activation

Bonus:

• 300 SIMs → 5,000 PKR

300 Sims = 300 Sims * PKR 150 = 45,000 PKR Commission Per Month

Total Salary if meet the target - 20,000+45,000+5,000 = 70,000 PKR
