Field Sales Executives

• Visit clients (companies, shops, travel agencies)
• Present offers and services
• Close deals and achieve monthly targets.

Commission System:

• Monthly contracts: 10% of the first payment
• Quarterly contracts (3 months): 15% of the first payment
• Half-year contracts (6 months): 20% of the first payment
• Progressive system: +2% extra commission for each additional contract after the 3rd contract in the same month

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales or marketing

• Preferably with a car or personal transportation

• Strong personality, good appearance, and persuasive communication skills.

Work Location: Fieldwork inside Kuwait
