You’ll be out in the field every day, walking into construction sites, architect offices, and design studios.
You’ll meet contractors, homeowners, and builders — the people making real projects happen.
If you have the drive to shake hands all day long, connect, follow up, and build relationships, you can turn those encounters into $100,000–$500,000 projects. Just two $200,000 projects a month can mean $40,000+ in income. The potential is enormous — but it’s only for those who work.
What You’ll Be Doing :
Spend your day in the field, meeting people, walking sites, and uncovering projects.
- Network at trade shows, street fairs, and community events.
- Develop strong relationships with architects, designers, builders, and homeowners. - Use your CRM daily — track every conversation, every handshake, every opportunity.
- Submit daily activity reports: who you met, where you went, and what you’re working on. - Handle company appointments occasionally — but your focus is generating your own business.
- Represent Mulholland Brand with integrity, appreciation, and professionalism.

Requirements:
Prior experience in high-ticket field sales (construction, remodeling, design, or related industries).
- Proven ability to self-generate leads and manage complex projects.
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to work six days a week.
- Must be comfortable with structure, accountability, and detailed daily reporting. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
