Relationship Manager (Field Sales) – Real Estate

Role Overview

The Relationship Manager (Field Sales) will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling property consultations, and driving sales for premium residential projects such as apartments and villas located in key areas like Sarjapura Road, Hosa Road (near Wipro Office), Choodasandra, and Attibele.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for candidates with a passion for sales and customer engagement to grow in the real estate industry — prior real estate experience is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Handle leads provided by the company through the CRM system and proactively engage with clients exploring premium property options.
  • Client Interaction: Conduct property consultations and schedule site visits to provide detailed insights and guidanc
  • Sales Negotiation: Manage the negotiation and closure of sales transactions effectively.
  • Client Coordination: Act as a primary point of contact between clients and the company to ensure timely updates and service delivery
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and activity reports within the CRM.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and referrals.
  • Brand Representation: Represent Homes247.in professionally to strengthen the company’s brand presence in the market.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Minimum 12th grade (PUC) or any Bachelor’s degree.

Experience: 1–6 years of sales experience preferred. Experience in real estate is not mandatory.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • High level of enthusiasm, professionalism, and goal orientation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage time efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
