Field Sales Manager – Educational Software (Field Sales)

Location: Chandrapur (with travel across 3–4 nearby districts)
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to promote and sell our educational software products in Chandrapur and nearby districts. The candidate will regularly visit school principals, HR heads, and key decision-makers, demonstrate our products, and close deals. This is a field sales role requiring strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit schools, colleges, and institutions across assigned districts
  • Meet principals, HR heads, and other decision-makers to pitch solutions
  • Conduct product demos and presentations
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Build strong relationships and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Submit daily/weekly reports and market feedback
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support

Requirements

  • Previous experience in field sales (EdTech experience preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to travel extensively across 3–4 districts
  • Laptop, bike, and valid driving license are mandatory
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Basic technical understanding of software products (training will be provided)
