Field Sales Manager

Develop and implement marketing strategies: Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, increase product sales, and capture market share in the Kerala region.

Market research and analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify opportunities, understand customer preferences, and develop effective marketing campaigns.

Product promotion and brand management: Develop marketing collaterals, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and differentiators. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Digital marketing and social media management: Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, to engage with the target audience, drive website traffic, and generate leads. Monitor social media trends and implement strategies to leverage digital opportunities.

Trade shows and events: Plan and coordinate participation in relevant trade shows, exhibitions, and events to showcase products, build brand awareness, and generate sales leads.

Channel management: Work closely with distributors, retailers, and other channel partners to develop and execute effective marketing programs and incentives to increase product visibility and drive sales.

Sales support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide marketing support, including the development of sales tools, training materials, and product presentations to help achieve sales targets.

Budget management: Develop and manage the marketing budget for the Kerala region, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and optimal return on investment.

Performance tracking and reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing campaigns and initiatives, track key performance indicators, and prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities.

Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, supply chain, and finance, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
