We are expanding our Benelux LTL operations and looking for an experienced Field Sales Manager who can drive growth, lead customer acquisition, and support our strategic sales objectives.


Role Purpose:

This role focuses on managing and developing sales activities for Benelux import and export LTL shipments, with a strong emphasis on achieving revenue and profitability targets. The position reports directly to the Operations Manager.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales activities for Benelux LTL import/export operations
  • Prepare and finalize spot and contract-based quotations
  • Conduct field visits and secure new customer acquisitions
  • Support customer satisfaction and problem resolution
  • Keep customer data up to date through accurate CRM entries
  • Manage customer collections and payment follow-ups


Education:

Bachelor’s Degree


Experience:

Minimum 10 years of leadership/management experience (logistics sector preferred)
