Field Sales & Marketing (EdTech)

As the ambassador of our brand, you won't just be selling, you'll be guiding, inspiring, and building a community.

What Your Role Will Look Like:

• Building Partnerships (Schools & Colleges): You will be our representative in educational institutions, meeting with key decision-makers to demonstrate the value we bring. Your goal is to build trust and establish lasting partnerships, ultimately helping students by integrating our courses into their environment.
• Community Engagement (Events & Marketing): You will take our mission to the public, organizing and managing interactive kiosks and events in community hubs. This is your chance to engage directly with families, understand their educational needs, and introduce them to a better way of learning.
• Student & Parent Guidance (Sales & Support): You will be the trusted point of contact for interested families. Through thoughtful conversations and follow-ups, you'll guide them through the enrollment process, ensuring they feel supported and confident in their decision.
• Nurturing Relationships (Feedback & Growth): Your role doesn't end at admission. You will maintain connections with our students and institutional partners, gathering feedback to help us improve and fostering loyalty for future growth.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Is an excellent communicator and presenter, comfortable speaking to both individuals and groups.
• Is self-motivated, disciplined, and enjoys the freedom of being out in the field. A two-wheeler is essential for this.
• Has a goal-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
• Is adept at balancing in-person meetings with online communication and follow-up.
• While prior EdTech or sales experience is valued, we welcome anyone with the right attitude and a desire to learn.

Compensation & Perks:

• Guaranteed Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month, based on your location and experience.
• Performance-Based Incentives: Substantial earning potential (₹5,000 - ₹25,000+ monthly) tied directly to your success.

Work Structure: This is a hybrid role combining fieldwork and remote tasks, working 6 days a week. We are hiring in Tricity.
