Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and energetic Field Sales Executive who will represent the brand at the store entrance as well as actively generate leads in nearby areas. The role is focused on engaging potential customers, promoting ongoing offers, and converting walk-ins and field contacts into clients of Kingsmen Barbershop.

Key Responsibilities:

On-site (Store Entrance) Duties:

• Stand at the barbershop entrance and actively greet passersby
• Introduce Kingsmen services and ongoing offers
• Encourage walk-ins and first-time visits
• Guide customers inside and hand them over to the front desk team
• Maintain a welcoming and professional presence

Field Duties (Outside Lead Generation):

• Visit nearby offices, gyms, hostels, cafes, PGs, and residential areas
• Distribute flyers, discount cards, and referral coupons
• Pitch grooming packages and monthly plans for men
• Collect basic customer details (name, contact, location)
• Encourage pre-bookings and appointments
• Build relationships with local businesses for tie-ups

Target & Reporting:

• Meet daily / weekly lead generation and conversion targets
• Maintain a simple lead sheet or CRM (manual or digital)
• Provide daily activity report to the Manager

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (English + local language)
• Confident, outgoing, and presentable personality
• Sales or marketing experience preferred
• Interest in grooming / fashion / lifestyle industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
