Apex Surgical is seeking a driven, competitive professional who wants to build a career in medical device sales and develop into a Territory Representative.

We work directly with surgeons and hospital systems across New Mexico and West Texas, supporting advanced orthopedic and nerve repair technologies. Our team is known for clinical precision, operational reliability, and strong account growth.

What You’ll Do

• Support team in hospital and OR settings
• Develop relationships within assigned hospital accounts
• Identify opportunities for product adoption and revenue growth
• Coordinate case logistics
• Manage inventory and consignment systems
• Contribute directly to territory expansion initiatives

This is a field-based sales development role. Your ability to generate trust, identify growth opportunities, and execute consistently will determine your advancement.

Who Should Apply

• Strong sales backgrounds (B2B, outside sales, competitive commission roles)
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding performance targets
• Competitive, high-accountability mindset

Clinical or OR experience is strongly preferred but not required for candidates with proven sales success and a strong learning mindset.

Compensation

• $25/hour base
