Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive company growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing regular progress reports to management.
• Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and execute business strategies effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
