Field Sales Representative

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective territory management and building strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, business development, and account management. You will leverage your negotiation skills and customer service expertise to drive sales.

Duties

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory goals and objectives.
• Drive a company car to sales territory to meet with customers.
• Manage existing accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities.
• Utilize CRM software
• Collaborate with managers and marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and reports.

Experience /* Skills*

• Experience in outside sales or direct sales roles.
• Strong background in account management and territory management.
• Familiarity with CRM software for tracking leads and managing customer relationships.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to upsell products effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify growth opportunities.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to drive and operate a motor vehicle.
• Responsible and dependable.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• Age 21+

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
