The Role:
We’re looking for a high-energy, passionate craft beer enthusiast to join our team as a Field Sales Representative based in Phila, PA. This role is responsible for growing the Yards Brewing Co. portfolio in the Philadelphia Market with a strong focus on on-premise accounts and off-premise accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Sales & Growth – Execute effective account calls, grow volume, and increase market share.
Build Relationships – Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key accounts, retailers, and distributors.
Market Execution – Ensure proper merchandising, POS placement, displays, and inventory.
Programming & Promotions – Implement chain programming, sampling, pricing, and promotional events.
Distributor Engagement – Serve as the primary street-level connection with distributors, ensuring alignment on sales goals.
Brand Development – Support new product launches and execute brand activations, sponsorships, and promotions.
Tracking & Reporting – Monitor sales performance, communicate pricing strategies, and manage budgets effectively.
What You Bring
2-3 years of Sales or Marketing experience in Food & Beverage (CPG experience accepted).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Experience with KARMA/VIP or similar sales tracking systems (preferred).
Ability to travel 4 days per week within the assigned territory.
Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record.

Reports to: Director of Sales.
