Field Sales Representative

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Engineer with a strong technical background in Mechanical Engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling conveyor belts and conveyor systems, providing technical consultation, and building strong customer relationships. This role is perfect for freshers who are eager to blend their technical expertise with sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and approach potential clients in industries like manufacturing, food processing, logistics, and packaging.

· Develop and execute sales strategies to increase product adoption.

· Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close deals.

· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable conveyor solutions.

· Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.

· Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support.

· Assist in creating marketing campaigns, brochures, and digital content.

· Participate in industry expos, trade shows, and technical seminars.

· Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

· Address customer queries and provide technical solutions.

· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (Freshers welcome)

· Strong understanding of mechanical systems, material handling, and automation.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

· Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

· Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing is a plus.

Languages Preferred:

English, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu
