About the Company:

Falguni Enterprises is a Jaipur-based firm with over 30 years of experience in complete water solutions, including Kirloskar Pumps, plumbing systems, RO plants, swimming pools, WTP/STP, heat pumps, and allied MEP works. We work with builders, architects, hotels, industries, and government/private projects.

We are looking for an energetic Field Sales / Business Development Executive who can visit sites, meet architects and contractors, understand project requirements, generate BOQs, submit proposals, and follow up to convert opportunities into orders.

Role Summary:

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through field visits, coordinating with technical and office teams, and converting leads into confirmed orders for Falguni Enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Visits & Lead Generation

  • Visit ongoing and upcoming construction sites, residential, commercial, industrial, hotel, and institutional projects.
  • Identify opportunities for:
  • Kirloskar Pumps
  • Plumbing systems
  • RO & water treatment plants
  • Swimming pools
  • Heat pumps & allied water solutions
  • Collect client, contractor, and site-incharge details.

2. Architect / Consultant / Builder Coordination

  • Meet architects, consultants, builders, and contractors regularly.
  • Understand project scope, timelines, and technical requirements.
  • Build long-term professional relationships to generate repeat business.

3. Requirement Understanding & BOQ Collection

  • Study drawings and understand site requirements.
  • Collect or assist in preparing BOQs, specifications, and scope details.
  • Coordinate with the Jaipur office / technical team for clarifications.

4. Proposal & Quotation Support

  • Assist in preparation and submission of quotations and proposals.
  • Explain technical solutions and product advantages to clients.
  • Support negotiations as guided by management.

5. Follow-ups & Conversion

  • Regular follow-up with clients for approvals, revisions, and order finalization.
  • Track leads from enquiry to order.
  • Update management on deal status and expected closures.

6. Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain a simple record of:
  • Sites visited
  • Meetings conducted
  • BOQs collected
  • Quotations submitted
  • Orders closed
  • Share weekly updates with management.

Candidate Profile / Requirements:

Experience

  • 2–6 years of field sales or site-based experience preferred.
  • Experience in construction, MEP, plumbing, pumps, water treatment, or HVAC is a strong advantage.
  • Freshers with strong site exposure may also be considered.

Skills

  • Ability to understand basic technical drawings and site requirements.
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident in visiting sites and meeting professionals.
  • Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, email, Excel).

Job Flexibility

  • Can be hired as:
  • Part-time (field visits + commission-based)
  • Full-time (fixed salary + incentives)

Compensation

  • Part-Time: Commission / incentive-based (per lead / per order)
  • Full-Time: Fixed salary + incentives + performance bonuses(Details to be discussed based on experience)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,951.04 - ₹30,091.13 per month
