Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Representative based in Lahore. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, meeting business growth targets, and promoting Tabeer Tech & Enterprise’s products and services. The role includes conducting market research, delivering product presentations, negotiating contracts, and preparing reports. Collaboration with marketing and technical teams will also be required to ensure seamless client experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, client engagement, and business development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct market research and identify potential customers
• Familiarity with technology solutions such as ERP, CRM, and POS systems, and an understanding of digital marketing products like SEO and social media management
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in using CRM software to track and manage leads
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the software, printing, or branding industry is a plus
