Key Responsibilities
- Conduct B2B field sales across Apartments, IT Parks, Hospitals, Factories, and Commercial Properties
- Pitch SAYFIX services to Facility Managers, Administrators, and Decision-Makers
- Generate new business leads through regular field visits and networking
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships and client connections
- Coordinate with internal operations teams for smooth onboarding of clients
- Maintain basic reporting of daily visits, meetings, and sales progress
Requirements & Skills
- Mandatory: Candidate must own a two-wheeler (bike) with valid driving license
- Experience in facility services, real estate, or service-based sales preferred
- Multilingual – English and local languages (Kannada preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with extensive field work and client interactions
