Job Title: Field Sales Agent – Button Manufacturing
Location: Delhi / NCR (with travel to garment factories)

Job Role & Responsibilities:

As a Field Sales Agent, you will be the face of our company in the garment industry. Your role will involve:

• Visiting garment factories, apparel units, and buying houses to present our latest button collections, designs, and pricing.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with purchase managers, designers, and production heads.
• Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable button options.
• Negotiating pricing and closing orders to achieve sales targets.
• Acting as a liaison between the customer and our factory team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Providing market feedback on trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.

Key Requirements:

• Prior experience in garment trims, accessories, textiles, or fashion-related sales preferred (but not mandatory).
• Strong networking ability and confidence in meeting garment industry professionals.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
• Ability to work independently since this is a partly commission-based role.

Compensation:

• Rs. 20,000 to Rs.22,000 per month
• Performance-based incentives for high achievers.
