Field Sales Representative

We’re Hiring:

Business Development Executive (BDE) / Sales Officer / Sales Representative – Field Sales

Location: Pune

We are seeking energetic, self-driven, and result-oriented Field Sales Professionals to join our expanding sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about building strong client relationships in the healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Onboard doctors, clinics, and healthcare partners while developing long-term professional relationships.

- Conduct 10–15 clinic/medical visits daily (mandatory field engagement).

- Achieve 2–3 successful onboardings per day.

- Drive revenue through a target-based field sales role.

- Ensure consistent follow-ups and relationship management with onboarded partners.

- Represent the organization professionally and promote our products effectively in the market.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate (Mandatory).

- Prior experience in Ayurveda / Healthcare / Pharma Sales will be preferred.

- Experience in the Anorectal category (Piles, Fissures, Fistula) is preferred.

- Strong communication, presentation, and convincing skills.

- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and daily travel within the assigned territory.

- Highly motivated with a performance-driven mindset.
