Field Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell fire fighting equipment and electrical products. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients on-site, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in fire safety and electrical systems.
  • Visit construction sites, factories, offices, hospitals, schools, and commercial buildings.
  • Promote products such as fire extinguishers, hydrant systems, alarm systems, panels, cables, and electrical accessories.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features.

Client Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, consultants, and facility managers.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Follow up on inquiries and close sales deals.

Market & Lead Generation

  • Generate leads through site visits, referrals, industrial areas, and B2B platforms (IndiaMART, GEM, etc.).
  • Track competitor activities and market trends.
  • Maintain daily visit reports and sales pipeline.

Coordination & Documentation

  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and process orders.
  • Coordinate with technical and installation teams.
  • Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔ Basic knowledge of fire safety systems and electrical products
✔ Ability to work independently and achieve targets
✔ Good networking and relationship-building skills
✔ Familiarity with industrial areas and construction projects

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,585.71 - ₹31,049.67 per month
