Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and field-oriented Procurement Executive to source and procure agricultural products directly from farmers, traders, and local markets in Attur, Annur, and Salem regions. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, supplier development, price negotiation, quality assessment, and ensuring timely procurement as per company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field visits to farms, mandis, traders, and suppliers in assigned regions
• Identify and develop new farmer and trader networks
• Source agriculture products (e.g., turmeric, grains, spices, pulses, etc.) as per company demand
• Negotiate prices and finalize procurement deals
• Ensure product quality standards are met before purchase
• Monitor market price trends and competitor activities
• Coordinate with logistics team for smooth pickup and transportation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of local agriculture markets in Attur, Annur, and Salem
• Ability to travel extensively for field visits
• Basic understanding of quality grading of agricultural products
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
