We are looking for a high-energy Field Sales Representative to join our team. Unlike a desk job, this role requires you to get out of the office and into the market. You will visit retail shops, small businesses, and corporate offices to introduce them to our proprietary software solution.

Your goal is simple: Identify potential customers, demonstrate how our product solves their problems, and close the deal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Territory Management: Plan and execute daily field visits to target commercial areas, retail shops, and local offices to generate new leads.
  • Direct Sales & Demos: Approach business owners and decision-makers directly. Perform on-the-spot demonstrations of our software using a tablet or laptop to showcase value.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand the client’s operational pain points and explain how our software improves their efficiency or profitability.
  • Closing Deals: Negotiate pricing within company guidelines, handle objections, and finalize contracts/subscriptions.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate record of daily visits, leads, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
  • Market Feedback: Act as the "eyes and ears" of the company, gathering feedback on competitor activity and feature requests from shop owners.

  • A "Hunter" Mentality: You are not waiting for the phone to ring. You are comfortable walking into a new business (cold calling) and striking up a conversation.
  • Resilient: You understand that "no" is part of the sales process and you don't let rejection stop you.
  • Tech-Savvy: You don't need to be a coder, but you must be comfortable using and explaining modern software, mobile apps, and web interfaces.
  • Persuasive: You can translate technical software features into business benefits (e.g., "This feature saves you 2 hours a week").

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in outside sales, field sales, or business development. (Experience selling to retailers, restaurants, or SMEs is a major plus).
  • Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.
  • Logistics: Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (or willingness to travel extensively within the city).
  • Communication: Strong verbal communication skills (local language proficiency is a must; English proficiency is a plus).
