Key Responsibilities
- Contractor Relationship Management: Identify, profile, and enroll contractors into loyalty programs, providing them with training, professional grooming, and technical assistance.
- Business Development: Conduct daily field visits to construction sites and contractor offices to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Product Promotion & Training: Organize product awareness meets, "naka" meets, and live demonstrations to educate contractors on new application techniques and premium product ranges.
- On-Site Support: Conduct site evaluations and provide technical assistance to ensure proper application of paint products and resolve on-site customer complaints.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet monthly and annual volume and value targets by ensuring contractors prioritize the company's products for their projects.
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor activity, contractor buying patterns, and new construction projects within the assigned territory.
- Reporting & CRM: Log daily visits, track sales leads, and update contractor databases using mobile CRM applications.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
