Job Title: Field Sales Representative (Training Programs)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a Field Sales Representative to join our team at a training and consulting center in Riyadh. The role focuses on promoting and marketing training programs to corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote training programs and consulting services to companies
• Identify and approach new potential clients
• Conduct field visits to understand client needs and present appropriate solutions
• Prepare proposals and negotiate terms with clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up on leads and opportunities
• Achieve monthly targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales or marketing (preferably B2B or training industry)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to work in a field-based role and meet clients regularly
• Good understanding of training and consulting services
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Intermediate level of English
• Ability to travel within Riyadh and other regions
• Must have a valid driving license and own a car

Pay: ﷼7,000.00 - ﷼8,000.00 per month
