Field Sales Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Sales Executives, Collection Officers, Tele-callers, and Clerical staff
• Drive branch targets related to loan disbursement, recovery, and deposit growth
• Monitor team performance and conduct regular training and guidance sessions
• Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, company policies, and compliance standards
• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain MIS, branch records, and submit performance reports to management
• Conduct field visits and support customer acquisition initiatives
• Motivate the team through performance management and incentive-driven culture

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
