Job Summary:

As a Help Desk Dispatcher at C-3IS, you will be the first point of contact for our clients seeking technical assistance. Your role will involve efficiently managing incoming support requests and coordinating with our IT support team to ensure timely and effective resolution. We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the initial contact for clients requesting technical support via phone, email, or in person.
  • Triage and prioritize support requests, assessing urgency and impact to ensure prompt service.
  • Dispatch and assign tickets to the appropriate IT support personnel based on skill set and availability.
  • Monitor ticket queues, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and prompt resolution.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of support requests and solutions in the ticketing system.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and technical guidance when possible.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm issue resolution and collect feedback on service quality.
  • Assist in developing and updating support documentation and resources.
  • Work collaboratively with the IT support team to identify trends in technical issues and recommend improvements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements through ongoing training and development.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in IT or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and common software applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools is advantageous.
  • A customer-centric attitude with a dedication to delivering outstanding service.
  • Open to entry-level candidates.
