Field Service Engineer

Job Description:
The Service Engineer is responsible for troubleshooting, and repair of water pump systems at customer sites. The role ensures optimal product performance, timely service support, and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• Provide technical support and training to customers
• Prepare service reports and maintain service records
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams when required

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience in servicing water pumps or similar equipment preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-handling skills
• Willingness to travel to customer locations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
