Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer, located in Karāchi. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for performing field service tasks, resolving technical issues, conducting preventative maintenance, and providing high-quality support to clients. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment, ensuring timely repairs, and delivering excellent customer service to achieve client satisfaction. This role requires on-site visits to customers and adherence to safety and performance standards while maintaining accurate service records.

Expertise in Field Service and Preventive MaintenanceStrong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical SupportAbility to deliver exceptional Customer Service and effective communicationUnderstanding of safety protocols and ability to follow best practices during fieldworkProven problem-solving abilities and attention to detailPrevious experience as a Field Services Engineer or in a related role is an advantageRelevant technical certifications or a degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
